Snooty Cat Club sells made-to-order printed products.

Each item is created after your order is placed. This helps us reduce unnecessary waste and produce each design on the garment, size, and color selected by the customer.

We make every effort to display our products, designs, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However, product colors and print appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, production process, and garment type.

Small variations in print placement, print texture, color tone, or garment appearance may occur with made-to-order printed products. These small variations do not make the product defective.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and designs may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Section 3 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm it. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability, or errors in product information.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. This includes checking the selected product, size, color, design, shipping address, and contact information.

Because our products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted and production has started.

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

Purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Section 4 - Made-to-order items

Our products are made specifically for each customer order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, choosing the wrong size, ordering the wrong color, or providing incorrect shipping information, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

If you ordered one size, color, or design and received a different one, this counts as a wrong item. Please contact us and we will review the issue according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you will pay all charges connected to your order, including any applicable shipping fees and taxes.

Delivery times shown at checkout or on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, weather, holidays, local disruptions, high order volume, or events outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, or because the package was not claimed, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@snootycatclub.com and we will do our best to help.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, please first check with your local carrier, pickup point, household members, building reception, and neighbors.
