Shipping policy
At Snooty Cat Club, every item is made to order.
This means your product is created especially for you after your order is placed, instead of being mass-produced and stored in a warehouse. We do this to reduce unnecessary waste and make sure each design is produced on the garment, size, and color selected by the customer.
Because each order is made individually, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order processing and production time
After your order is placed, it is sent into production.
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days. Production time may be longer during busy periods, holidays, product launches, high order volume, or unexpected delays.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days.
After production, shipping usually takes around 3–8 business days, depending on your delivery location, carrier service, and the shipping method available at checkout.
This means most orders are delivered within around 5–13 business days after purchase.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. During busy periods, holidays, high order volume, customs processing, carrier delays, or unexpected issues, delivery may take longer.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your shipping method.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and available shipping method.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product type, number of items in the order, destination country, and carrier service.
If free shipping is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout before payment.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout.
Available shipping destinations may depend on product availability, fulfillment location, carrier service, and delivery restrictions.
If your country is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
International shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges depending on your country.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer, unless they are clearly included at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, import processing, or customs clearance.
Incorrect shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided at checkout, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Unclaimed packages
If a package is returned because it was not claimed, picked up, or accepted by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Please keep an eye on your tracking information and collect your package within the carrier’s pickup window if delivery to a pickup point is required.
Lost packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@snootycatclub.com as soon as possible.
Lost package claims must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will review the tracking information and do our best to help.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered, please first check with your local carrier, pickup point, household members, building reception, and neighbors. We cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@snootycatclub.com as soon as possible.

We will review the issue and make it right if the item was damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Please do not send anything back before contacting us first. In many cases, a physical return is not required for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.
Multiple items in one order
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on the product type, production location, packaging requirements, or carrier service.
If your items arrive in separate packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, local postal services, incorrect addresses, weather, holidays, strikes, high order volume, or other events outside our control.

Order changes and cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled or changed.
If your order has already entered production or fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel it, change the size, change the color, change the design, change the shipping method, or update the shipping address.
Please review your order carefully before checkout, including the selected item, size, color, design, shipping address, and contact information.
