Refund policy

Every item in our store is made to order.

This means your product is created especially for you after your order is placed, instead of being mass-produced and stored in a warehouse. We do this to reduce unnecessary waste and make sure each design is produced on the garment, color, and size selected by the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, size, color, or design.

To help us evaluate the issue and make it right, please contact us at info@snootycatclub.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • A photo of the size label, if the wrong size was received

  • Photos of the packaging, if the package arrived damaged

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a refund.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us first. In many cases, a physical return is not required for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Print quality

Our products are printed made-to-order, so very small variations in print placement, color, or texture may occur. This is normal for printed garments and does not make the item defective.

However, if there is a clear production issue, such as a damaged print, incorrect design, major print placement error, wrong size received, wrong color received, or visible defect, please contact us and we will make it right.

To help keep your print looking its best, please follow the care instructions on the garment.

Size exchanges

Since each item is made to order, we do not offer free size exchanges if the size ordered was the size received.

Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, contact us at info@snootycatclub.com and we may be able to offer a discount on a replacement order.

If you ordered one size and received a different size, this counts as a wrong item. Please contact us and we will replace it or refund it if the issue is confirmed.

Change of mind and buyer’s remorse

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, choosing the wrong size, or ordering the wrong color, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Please check the size guide, product details, color, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

European Union customers

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless a legal exception applies.

This right does not apply to items that are made to your personal specifications or clearly personalized.

For standard products from our store, if the withdrawal right applies, the item must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

To use your withdrawal right, please contact us first at info@snootycatclub.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address by email.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or not as described.

This does not affect your legal rights if your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unless required by applicable consumer protection laws, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you ordered one size, color, or design and received a different one, this counts as a wrong item. Please contact us and we will replace it or refund it if the issue is confirmed.

Wrong address or unclaimed packages

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, or because the package was not claimed, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@snootycatclub.com.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, please first check with your local carrier, pickup point, household members, and neighbors. We will always do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a free replacement for packages marked as delivered.

Order cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

Before returning anything

Please contact us before sending anything back.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Because our products are made to order and fulfilled through different production facilities, the correct return address depends on your order and the reason for the return.

If a return is approved, we will send you clear instructions by email, including where to send the package if a physical return is needed.

Return address: Provided by email after your return request is reviewed and approved.

Product return addresses are only for approved product returns and must not be used for legal correspondence, general mail, or any other documents.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have reviewed your issue or inspected an approved return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
